Doesnt recognize username / password combination ... Same combination works fine on browser ... Someone forgot to Beta test before releasing this!

So they can automatically nail you with a $10 charge every month Run away. You might as well fire up the old pc and use free programs like faxzero or scanR Another disappointing app.

Cant even load it to enter in my credentials. Crashes instantly & kicks me back to home screen

This App needs updating really fast. Since the iOS 6 update, it crashes and wont even open. I have an account with them and because of this its making me want to cancel.

This app seem to work fine on my iPad, first generation, but refuse to even start on my iPhone 4 and 5. Im testing the service, but if I cant use it from my phone its useless. I think that this App need a Big refresh, more user friendly, graphics, etc.

Doesnt work any more after installing iOS 6 on a 4s!!!! Guys guys have to put out a patch quick. Its very annoying to have a paid service go down!!!

Everything my fax does these days including this app is useless... Who is in charge there?

I use the service on desktop PC, but it wont even open on my updated 4S. Very disappointing for a paid service, although the useless app is free.

This app does not recognize my account that I have had for 5 years. Not sure what the fix is, but it would sure be handy to have. I will probably look at another service.

Worst app ever. Ive been a customer for years but it doesnt recognize my number. Called support. Was told after 20 minutes of run-around that the service is not available to older customers. Need to upgrade to a different plan. More money for less pages. Awful app. Awful service. BRUTAL. Remove the app before you lose all your customers!

Why cant I send files to the app? I have a document scanning app, but I cannot send the image or PDF to this app!

I used the MyFax for quite sometimes and it works fine on my Mac; however its unfortunate the service doesnt function on my iOS devices. Specially that now everyone only carry our iDevices around. +++Needs a fast update.+++

I see reviews going back to 2012 from people saying they cant log in, with an error message of "Invalid combination" when they enter their MyFax number and password. Well, apparently even after many updates over two years, simply logging into the app remains an issue. Cant log in on either an iPhone or iPad.
