I signed up for this a year ago because Aiken needed something for important medical and financial paperwork. We got a landline this fall, so I asked to have my subscription cancelled before my billing date in November. They said I had to call. I explained that I cannot use a phone because I have a paralyzed vocal cord. Then they suggested I use chat. My account was billed for November, but I hadnt even used the service for months before that. I tried chat, and couldnt get it to work. December, January and now February went by. I finally got chat to work this afternoon, but after getting $40 from me for nothing because of a discriminatory company policy, they refused to refund my money.
