App never worked. $13 monthly charge. No refunds. If I get a refund I will delete this review.

This app never open with iOS6 on the iPhone4.

The fax is an essential tool for working... it is insane that you can just add as attachments photos! Please, implement the app in order to add files .doc .pdf and so on selecting the files you have on the dropbox!

Terrible app, cant even log in because it expects you to enter password as though it already has record of it and I have not!

Im not going to make an account without knowing anything about this app first. An account serves no purpose other than wasting time.

The app icon shows how many faces have been received (forever) not how many are unread. Really?!

Great product. I look forward to using the mobile app. Believe it or not, theyre still times when emailing just wont work. I know it works for the US and Canada. Great Tech support is always there, if you need it. I got rid of my fax line and fax machine for a big savings since the program ran on a computer. You never run out of paper. They say that you can cancel online on the front page of their website but then wont let you do this and require you to call them.

I use MyFax typically from a browser, but just found out they have an iOS app. Yeah!! What a hunk of crap! MyFax works fine from the browser, but this app crashes EVERY TIME I try to send a fax. Worthless.

App is crashing once logged in, plain and simple. Whats the purpose of having an app that doesnt work, and apparently for some time now. This in itself will cause me to cancel TODAY.... Even though I just signed up....TODAY! Yall may wanna spend some of your money and fix this or youll surely lose others. Off to ring central I go!

Unfortunately, this app crashes after signing in and selecting a function. Great idea...if it worked!

It worked well before this previous update but now when I want to send a fax, I cant. I can view my faxes with no problem but cannot send any. When I click on the send fax tab, the app crashes. Please fix this. MAKE IT COMPATIBLE TO IOS7. Otherwise many people with stop using your service.

Wont allow me to log in eventhough the user name and password are correct.
